Dr. Steineman graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry
Magna Cum Laude in 2018. Upon graduation, she completed an ocular disease
residency at the Columbus and Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. She
continues to work with veterans at the Chillicothe VA, managing a significant
amount of ocular disease. Additionally, she is a Clinical Assistant Professor-
Practice for fourth-year student externs from The Ohio State University College
of Optometry.
Dr. Steineman became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry in 2022 and is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. Her passion for optometry includes treating and managing ocular diseases, especially glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic-related eye disease, and acute ocular conditions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband and two dogs.
